15号タワーの冷却塔は1980年に施工され、すでに31年が経過しています。モーターはシャフトが擦り減り、翼車（turbine rotor）は錆と変形が有り、その他の部分でも老朽化しています。大きな故障が発生する前に修理を実施したいと考えます。

作業には8人を要す為、レベル1の工事となります。



2）10号タワー冷却塔内充填剤交換について

通常冷却塔の入口と出口の温度差は5度以上なければいけませんが、10号タワーの冷却塔は2～3度しか冷却されていません。これは充填剤が紫外線による劣化と汚れにより能力が低下している為です。大きな故障が発生する前に交換をしたいと考えます。作業員は8人を要します。
