シャッターを切るとエラー１と表示され写真がとれないのですがどうして？

カメラはまったくの初心者なので、教えていただきたいのですが

キャノンＥＯＳ Ｄ６０にレンズのEF 100-300mm 1:4.5-5.6 USM を取り付けて

シャッターを切るとエラー１と表示され写真がとれないのですがどうしてでしょうか？

詳しい方、おられましたらご教授お願い致します。
