On April 11th, I purchased a Water-Saving Washing Machine CLR314(product serial no.22345) at the ATP Online Store for ＄850(Order No.33459); of course the price doesn’t include the 8% tax. Unfortunately, however, the machine I purchased does not work at all; it does not even turn on when I plug it on. To say the least, I am really disappointed with your product and expect prompt service in either. (1) repairing the problem without additional charges; (2) obtaining a new machine without additional charges; or (3) returning my money.

I would like this problem resolved by April 21st. If not, I will have no choice but to report this incident to the local Better Business Bureau office. Thanks in advance for your prompt assistance.
