VIPPASSコード入手のためコードマスターズのサイトにアクセスしたいのですが、アクセスできず困っています。

ゲームに入っているVIPPASSの紙にはwww.codemasters.com/dirt3vipにアクセスしてVIPPASSコードを入手しろとあるのですが、ページが表示されません。

色々とネットを調べたところハッカーの攻撃を受け、VIPパス入力ページがメンテナンス中のためカスタマーサービスにメールで連絡してコードを入手する必要があるとのことでしたのでメールを送りました。

すると、以下の内容のメールが返信されてきました。

Once you have your 12 digit code, please do as follows...



1) Sign in to your Playstation Network Account

2) Visit the Playstation Store

3) Select the Redeem Code icon from the top of the Store

4) Enter the code exactly as it is displayed above and select continue

5) Follow the on-screen instructions to download the VIP pack



英語が苦手なので自信ないのですが、要約すると・・・
